Lee Giok Seng
Executive Director

Lee Giok Seng is a professional mechanical engineer registered with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia and a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM). He started work in PETRONAS in August 1984. He was involved in the development, promotion and operation of natural gas for vehicles (NGV/CNG) since it was commercially introduced in Malaysia by PETRONAS in 1991. He started as the engineer in-charged of vehicle conversions and was involved in the development of Malaysian Standard for vehicle conversions and vehicle installer training and certification programme. In 1995, he was appointed as the Technical Services Manager of PETRONAS NGV Sdn. Bhd. and in 2003 was promoted to Senior Manager of Operations & Services Department. In August 2007, he was seconded by PETRONAS to the Asia Pacific Natural Gas Vehicles Association (ANGVA) as an Executive Director, promoting the development and expansion of NGV markets in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to his retirement from PETRONAS in November 2013, he was seconded to the Malaysian Gas Association as a technical manager in January 2013. Currently he is contracted as an Executive Director by ANGVA.

Dr. Ir. IGN Wiratmaja Puja

Prof. Dr. Ir. IGN Wiratmaja Puja is a faculty member of the Mechanical Engineering Department, ITB. He received the Bachelor of Technology degree in October 1987 as the second best graduate, from Institut Teknologi Bandung. In May 1994 he received Master of Science degree in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Kentucky, USA. He then continued to pursue a Ph.D. degree in Engineering Mechanics which he was awarded in May 1996. His expertise is mainly in engineering design, integrity, and risk assesment for piping, pipeline and surface facilities for oil&gas industry. His industrial experiences are including as an engineering consultant for PT Pertamina, PT Pertagas, PT PGN, Conoco Phillips Indonesia, Beyond Petroleum, Chevron, Pearl Oil, BP Meruap, Total Indonesie, etc. He has also taught several short course for industry such as Onshore & offshore pipeline design, Pipeline integrity, Pipe Stress Analysis, Fitness for services, Risk based inspection, etc. Now, He’s assisting the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources as a Minister’s Staff Expert on Institutional and Strategic Planning in the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Republic of Indonesia. He’s also became the Chief of Acceleration Team on Conversion from Oil Fuel to Gas Fuel and the Chief of Acceleration Team on Renewable Energy.

Danny Praditya

Mr Danny Praditya is currently the President Director of PT Gagas Energi Indonesia (GEI), a subsidiary of state gas distribution company PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN). He started joining PT GEI on May 20,2013. He nished Bachelor Degree program of Metallurgy Engineering in 2000 at Faculty of Engineering of University of Indonesia. Then continued Master of Science (MSc.) of Industrial Engineering at Fachhochschule Karisruhe - Germany in 2004. Previously he served as President Director of PT Citra Nusantara Gemilang.

Andianto Hidayat
Technology & Product Development Manager - Gas Directorate

Andianto Hidayat was graduated from Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia, majoring in Chemistry. In 1997 he continued to study Surface Engineering & Tribology at the University of Leeds, United Kingdom, where he achieved Master degree. During the early education, apart from attending local education at his hometwon, Yogyakarta, he also spent one full year, from 1979-1980, at Wilbur Junior High School, Palo Alto, California, USA, then another year, from 1986-1987, at Koishikawa High School, Tokyo, Japan.

In 1994, he joined PT Pertamina (Persero) as Marketing & Trading R&D Assistant for 5 years where he produced numerous important studies on LPG Business, Fuel Supply Chain & Transit Terminals, and KPI Implementation. From 2000 to 2010 he became Lubricant Engineer, during which, he setup the foundation for company’s overseas market expansion program for Lubricant Business. Within three years, he has successfully opened Pertamina’s lubricant market in Pakistan, Belgium, China, UAE, Myanmar, Australia, and Singapore. After spending one year managing the Board of Director’s oce, he then moved to the newly established Gas Directorate where he was assigned to run the CNG Commercial Department.

As of March 2012 to the present, Mr. Hidayat assumes Technology & Product Development Manager performing various R&D activities across the value chain in Gas and New & Renewable Energy business

Punnachai Footrakul

Mr PunnachaiFootrakulhas a total of 29 years of experience with PTT PLC since 1983. Since year 2007, he is the Vice President, NGV Marketing Department, Exploration, Production and Gas Business Group. Prior to this post, he has been assigned as Manager for PTT PLC’s Production & Gas Business Group .

Mr Punnachai was also the Strategic Retail Marketing Division Manager, was also in the Strategic Retail Marketing Department and Oil Business Group in year 2004 and 2005. He had his degree in Economics from the Thammasat University in Thailand and has finished his MBA from Roosevelt University, USA.

His area of expertise in Natural Gas covers applications for Natural Gas Compression, Natural Gas Refuelling Stations, Mobile Refuelling Units, Biogas, Flare Gas Recovery, Pressure Reducing and Metering Systems (PRMS) and O&G applications. He has successfully developed several Markets for CNG and Biogas applications in the Asia Pacic Region.

Giordano Gozzi

Giordano Gozzi, born in 1969, after education in engineering, joined the family company in 1993. After a few years of training, he started to design and follow projects independently. Since the early years he was directly involved in R&D and dedicated most of his time to new products in dierent countries in Europe, America and Asia.

In 1998 he took the position of technical director and in 2013 of managing director. He takes part in dierent technical workgroups. Among the dierent projects he designed and managed for idro meccanica are: their first upgraded biogas refuelling station, their rst hydrogen compressor and hydrogen refuelling station and their first bio-methane and hydrogen grid-injection plants.

Strasbourg, France, were he was in charge for developing AM business in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Currently he lives in Italy and joined Landi Renzo s.p.a. in 2010. He is the Business Development Manager for SEA, M-EAST & Africa. The main focus is to develop the Business for the conversions of vehicles into alternative fuels for the brand Landi Renzo and Lovato within Landi Renzo Group.

Dr. Pipon Boonchanta

Dr Pipon Boonchanta recently retired as the Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Engineering, Kasetsart University. Dr Boonchanta has been involved in the field of the Utilization of Natural Gas for Transport since 1988 when Thailand initiated using compressed natural gas for Bangkok Mass Transport Authority (BMTA). Some of his activities regarding NGV are being a consultant for many natural gas related projects of PTT public company and relevant government offices, gas engine testing and NGV safety regulations drafting. He is usually called in to investigate CNG related accidents in Thailand, for example the recent cases of CNG tank failure and flywheel disintegration that caused some injuries and casualty.
